Camp Ultraviolet is more than your average summer camp. We motivate and inspire girls to make mental training as important as physical training. The curriculum is research-based and helps teach sport psychology principles in a fun, energetic and applicable way. We utilize many forms of movement (dance, yoga, strength and conditioning and more) as a backdrop for conversations about goal-setting, growth mindset, confidence, team work and emotional intelligence. Our goal is to leave each girl stronger than we found them with tools to navigate the ups and downs of sports, performing arts... and life.

A typical daily session includes an interactive workshop to learn more about mental training, a movement class and guest speaker(s) (Sport Psychologists, Licensed Counselors, Dieticians, etc.), as well as journaling/crafting to reinforce our learning! Each day is a daily dose of mentorship and meaningful connection—a perfect compliment to the Sports Sampler camp. Follow along @campultraviolet on socials and read more at http://kellyhobbs.com/camp-ultraviolet/. *At this time we can hold up to 30 spots. By signing up now your spot is confirmed and payment will be needed by March 1.
