Summer Sports Camp
Sports camps held at Tower Hill are run by highly-qualified Tower Hill School coaches who have led their teams to many successful seasons and by outside partner organizations.

Track and Field Camp - Speed and Agility
3-5 p.m. Grades 5-8, $125 (Tuesday-Friday)
This four-day clinic series will feature collegiate-level track and field instruction each day centered around teaching proper running form, learning strength development exercises and exposing athletes to field events. The speed and agility portion of the camp will offer athletes an opportunity to clock their 40-yard dash time, as well as learn new agility exercises to enhance overall speed. The session will be divided into different segments ranging from 30 to 60 minutes. The first segment will focus on teaching proper warmup techniques, stretching and plyometric exercises that help runners reach top speed. The second segment will include a running workout, with a technical breakdown of form and posture. In addition, athletes will learn bodyweight strengthening exercises. The last segment will be focused on exposing athletes to different field events. The Track and Field - Speed and Agility Camp is meant to provide athletes with an opportunity to get small group instruction for any runners ranging from beginners to more experienced competitors. Coached by Division I Collegiate Champion and Tower Hill Head Coach Justin Hicks.
Boys and Girls Volleyball Clinic
8:30-11:30 a.m. Grades 5-8, $225
Tower Hill is the home of the 2022 Volleyball Delaware State Champions! We want to take this energy and excitement and provide a boys and girls volleyball clinic for rising 5th-8th graders. All aspects of the game will be taught through fun drills and games that will improve passing, setting, hitting and serving. This coed clinic is designed for beginners to competitive players and will incorporate essential life lessons such as teamwork and sportsmanship. Coached by Amanda Blackstone.
Wilmington Youth Sports Football Camp by Motive Sports and Physical Therapy
9 a.m.-3 p.m. Ages 6-14, $225-$250
Motive Sports and Physical Therapy, LLC is a licensed provider of sports performance training and physical therapy services to the greater Delaware Valley, with a mission focused on the specialty care of athletes. We strive to bring our expertise and enthusiasm for youth sports this summer to Tower Hill School by offering a community youth sports camp for young athletes interested in playing football. This is a football camp for youth aged 6-14. The intent of the camp is to teach fundamental football skills and develop key character-building traits of integrity, accountability and discipline in a team environment. The camp will be broken down into two groups: (1) 6-11 year-olds working on foundational skill sets (2) 12-14 year-olds focused on preparing and learning how to succeed in a HS football program.

Coed Basketball
8:30-11:30 a.m. Grades 5-8, $225
Led by Head Women’s Basketball Coach Adrianna Hahn, our summer basketball camp offers students a fun-filled environment centered around teaching and educating all necessary game fundamentals. We want students of all ages to not only work hard and have fun, but gain a strong understanding of what a competitive basketball environment looks like. Overall Camp Basketball Emphasis: Ball-Handling, Passing, Shooting and Defense/Communication. Other Topics of Emphasis: Leadership, Learn to Get Better Mentality, Teamwork and Coach-ability, Body Language/Positivity and Acceptance of Skill Levels.
Phillies Baseball Camp
9 a.m.-3:30 p.m., Ages 6-14, $595-$620
Phillies Baseball Academy is coming to Tower Hill School! Phillies Baseball Academy, the premier baseball camp experience for boys and girls, ages 6-14, offers top-notch instruction and the opportunity to visit the home of the 2022 National League Champions, Citizens Bank Park!

Leap Hockey Academy
9 a.m.-2 p.m. Grades 8-12 (Wednesday-Thursday)
Train like an international! Our in-person training events are a chance to train for two days like the best players in the world do! We've taken the best practices from the elite set-ups of the Great Britain, Australian and Netherlands National Teams and distilled them in our unique Leap Academy syllabus, giving players a taste of how to get to the very top level. Flag Football
8:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. Grades 5-7, $225
In the flag football camp, athletes will learn the rules of the 7-on-7 passing league competition. The day will be filled with fun competitive, non-contact route running football. There will be no tackling or pads used in this 40-yard thrilling flag football game. There will be no blocking or QB running in gameplay, which will enable fast-paced route running and receiving. Games will be played on a 40-yard segment of the 100-yard football field with 20-minute halves with a short break for halftime. Teams will be allowed one timeout per half and first-down opportunities throughout the play. Do not miss out on the fun this summer. The football camp will be run by Justin Hicks, Assistant Middle School and Varsity Football Coach.
Girls Field Hockey
8:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. Grades 5-8, $225
Focus on building the fundamental skills for the Middle School player, whether she is new to the sport or is looking to develop her skills for future high school play. Emphasis on building strong stick skills, defensive techniques, teamwork and offensive tactics. Players will also participate in small games and scrimmages. Coached by Delaware Sharks coaches Paul Zelenak and Erin Tarburton. Paul is head coach at PA state runner-up Episcopal Academy, and Erin was a member of the Women’s National Team and is a former collegiate coach.
Wrestling Clinic
6 p.m.-8:30 p.m. Grades 5-12, $125
This four-night clinic series features a different expert clinician teaching each night. These clinics are meant to be approachable to newer wrestlers but will also make the most of the expertise in the room by venturing into more advanced techniques. The night will end with live wrestling and pairing up campers based on appropriate skill levels. This camp is meant to provide an opportunity to get some applicable training for first-year wrestlers to the most experienced athletes.
